[support] Zen theme not compatible with IE8?

I have installed D7 with Zen theme.

I have created sub-theme from Zen theme.

I tried to solve this issue using

I have enabled the Css aggregation also. still it is not applying
any css on IE8 browser..

Please let me know any more setting we need to do here.
