Just like there is an option to set base url in htaccess for rewrites
in Drupal there must be a way to tell postfix admin that it is not
installed at the root and that it should redirect to
domain/mailadmin/login.php and not domain/login.php. Could be
something in .htaccess for postfixadmin like Earnie mentioned or it
could be in config.inc.php for postfixadmin
You could walk through a few installation instructions on postfixadmin
and see if you have missed any of the steps.
Thanks
