[support] Blank page in Safari

Folks:
Update: The blank page only occurs when I log in as an administrator/site owner. If I log in as another user, everything works as expected. It's only userID = 1 that produces a blank page. Seems a lot of possibilities, but before I start thrashing around and creating a big problem, I thought I'd ask the list.
