[support] Disparition of administration menu

Hello,
I'm sure : i'm logg on with a true user(with administrator rights).
So according to you, i have to download the drupal module called Superfish?
I can try to place this module into the FTP folder. But after, how to
activate this module without be able to display administration menu ?
