<div>It occurred to me that each custom menu is a block. So, one could write xhtml code to create a menu of their own, by creating a new block. allow me to go to outside sites (or upgrade to 4.7). My <BR>conserns are 1) can't get it in nice menus that way. 2) will I be able <BR>to style just one block different than the others?
