breadcrumb and such still point to <A
href="http://www.mysite.com">www.mysite.com</A>, which is not what is wanted.
Want home link to link to /home. Without mod_rewrite to change <A
href="http://www.mysite.com">www.mysite.com</A> requests into <A
href="http://www.mysite.com/home">www.mysite.com/home</A> requests (presumably
because something else resides there), this is a tough situation to
