<p class=MsoPlainText>I have found that TinyMCE and IMCE work rather well to provide
an intuitive solution. When installed properly, the Image icon in TinyMCE pops
up a small window, and by clicking the Browse link next to the image path/name
field another larger window opens listing the images you have got in your images
folder (presuming you set up everything properly). You can look at the images,
select the one you want, and it is inserted into the path/name field of the
smaller window, and then you can optionally specify alignment, padding around
the image, etc, and insert it inline into the body of your node.<o:p></o:p></p>

upload a new image to your images folder.<o:p></o:p></p>
