The support mailing list seems to be more active at some times than other. Keep in mind that support tends to be diffused a bit .. there is the mailing list, the live irc chat support room, the support forums on <a href="http://drupal.org">
drupal.org</a>, etc.. If you don't get a bite in one place, it can be worth casting your line into one of the other ponds.<br><br>As for the problem you are having, what are the fields and filters that you've configured for the View responsible for the overview page?
