Hi, Gezim.

No, the "current release" refers to the current major release. Drupal 6.2 is
a bug-fix release in the Drupal 6 series. Right now, the stable releases
are "the latest Drupal 6.x" (currently 6.2) and "the latest 5.x" (currently
5.7). Drupal 5.x will remain supported (at least by core) until Drupal 7 is
released sometime early next year (probably?), at which point the supported
versions will be 7.x and 6.x.
