the culprit was not Visibility API after all. I was installing more
than one module when this happened. I removed them and put back one by
one. The Table Export Module is the one I can't put back without
breaking my site. I see a "</font></font><small><font
face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">phptemplate_table" function in the
module. Is this not supposed to be there? I'm not too familiar with
how modules are supposed to be created. <br>

Try renaming/removing the modules/visibility_api directory that you
added. But where is phptemplate_table being defined more than once?
