I am working on a site for a client that was developed by someone
else with a very simple Zegine theme. Our changes have all been to views and
changing which size fields show up and stuff like that. We had installed Devel
but it has been uninstalled. Without any clues to when the problem started
TinyMCE is not showing up and you can no longer expand areas on node/add
node/x/edit like Publishing options. I have checked that everything I know to
look for looks right and I would appreciate any help I can get on what to do
for this client to make it work.

I have checked the error logs and there are no errors.
