Thank you for your reply. I use the Support Ticketing System / Helpdesk creates a content type with a drop down menu to choose who is the recipient of ticket.Un user belongs to a role. When a user who belongs to the same role as other created a ticket, he sees the drop down list for users belonging to the same role that is normal for me but what I want is that the combo he can choose users who belong to his role but also users of other roles which is not the case. <BR>

Can you give a few more details on how you created the drop-down? It sounds like you've created a content-type that uses a cck user-reference field. Is that right?<BR>

Are you then using that field as an exposed filter in views?<BR>

Or did you write a custom module to handle this. I can't quite follow.<BR>
