lol, thanks Shai. You bring up a good point with the issues.<br>

My formula for estimates (since all programmers are optimists) is
raise the units one and multiply by .5.<br>
So 2 weeks becomes 1 month, 2 months becomes 1 quarter, etc.. It
actually works for me.<br>
