I've been scouring the internet, but I haven't been able to find the answer to my problem. I have a custom form that I want open to Panels. I've heard you can use Chaos Tools to do this, but I can't seem to find documentation for it.<br>

I'm sure I've just overlooked it, as I'm still fairly new with Drupal and my list for sites with awesome How-to's is still pretty low. Any suggestions where to find this so I don't have to wade through all of Chaos Tools code to try and figure it out?<br>

To be clear, I want my form in the list of items that are able to be added to Panels Content. Thanks!<br>
