Can you use path Redirect <a href="http://drupal.org/project/path_redirect">http://drupal.org/project/path_redirect</a>.<br>In this case you need to know what the URL user is going to type and the destination you want to choose.<br>

We want to redirect the user before login ie. as user type the default<br>
URL it gets redirected to other location.<br>
Above modules used after login redirect purpose.<br>
