I believe you are talking about Views.<br>
<br>
In the basic settings there is an option "Exposed form in
block",<br>
Change this to yes and in the block you will see an
additional block,<br>
place it in desired region. Now in the view page you will be
able to<br>
see the block of filter forms.<br>
