If you are seeing a directory listing, i would check that your .htaccess file is present and unchanged. Also, Drupal 7 will be very barren unless you choose the &#39;Typical&#39; installation (which sets up a couple content types, fields, etc).<br>

I am more familiar with D6, but I always start by going to <a href="http://www.example.com/install.php" target="_blank">www.example.com/install.php</a> (not index).  If you did that already, you might try wiping out the database and starting over with install.php.<br>
