I'm building a site where userwill be allowed to register only after<br>
they have accepted some conditions.<br>
I created the registration form with webform.<br>
Could somebody please suggest a way to have a two-steps registration<br>
process where the user has to accept the terms of use (fist step) to be<br>
allowed to poceed.<br>
Having a one-step registration process where the terms of use would be<br>
associated with a checkbox would be okay, but then how to validate a<br>
registration only if the terms of use have been accepted ?<br>

As an additional constraint, a solution not relying on javascript would<br>
be preferred.<br>
