An overlay comes up and says “You have not created any content types yet. Go to the <a href="http://localhost/vcepp/admin/structure/types/add">content type creation page</a> to add a new content type.” I do have two content types. If I add “resource” to the end of that URL (node/add), it will go to the correct form and allow me to create the Resource.
