Thanks a lot all of you.<br><br>I had raised a complaint to service provider and they did some cleanup and after that login link was working fine.<br>It is sure that its not a Drupal issue, mostly issue in hosting side.<br>

</div>Maybe your host provider was doing something to affect you. Or maybe<br>
you've had a cracker on your system doing some damage. You might play<br>
it safe and change your passwords; including the DB password for the<br>
DB user. Don't forget to update settings.php with the new DB<br>
password.<br>
