Is there a way I can disable the Rich Text editor application in Drupal 7 on a per user basis?<br>

Some of our site administrators use assistive technology, and it does not work well with it.<br>
<br>
It would be better, if these users could have ordinary text edit fields when editing or updating pages to which they have access.<br>
