<p dir="ltr">just edit settings.php to all free access. if that fails u may have broken your theme so change default theme to bartik, also in settings but uncomment those lines first.</p>

I traced the path that the Media module uses and it is identical to<br>
where the files are.<br>

The files are where they were before the upgrade.<br>
<br>
I made no changes other than those required for the upgrade.<br>
