[themes] new theme with no koala

Just committed a new theme to CVS, and created a project for it:
http://drupal.org/project/nokoala

Based of my site - http://rosskendall.com since a few people took an
interest in the CSS drop-down menus.

If anyone can help with making the screenshot visible (I don't have
permission for <img> tags),  that would be great.  Also, is there
anything else I need to do for tar.gz download?

Here's the blurb:

theme for the Drupal content management system. It's goal is to focus on
