[themes] Multi-Column Content: Drupal 6 Panels alternative

I like that design, quite a lot, actually.  I thought this list was  
dead!    I'm very curious about panels for drupal 6 and what time  
frame they are looking at before it's finished... (assuming finishing  
it is the plan.)
