<div style="margin-bottom: 10pt; "><font face="Calibri, sans-serif" size="2">Washington & Jefferson College, a private, liberal arts college in Western PA, is seeking a reliable, experienced Drupal Developer/Designer who is able to work in U.S. time. The project
entails developing two custom Drupal themes with multiple theme templates for 2<font size="1"><sup>nd</sup></font> and 3<font size="1"><sup>rd</sup></font> tier pages. The Web Manager will provide an Adobe PSD file to aide as a guide for the design work.
These themes must work cohesively with a multi-site set up and must be flexible for multiple blocks.</font></div>
<div style="margin-top: 10pt; "><font color="#4F81BD"><b>Desired Functionality</b></font></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 10pt; "><font face="Calibri, sans-serif" size="2">The site is a multi-site set up. Both themes must include:</font></div>

<li style="margin-bottom: 10pt; ">A ‘home-page’ template, a multiple column second-tier template, and a third-tier template that includes the content, navigation, and possibly a block.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 10pt; ">Multiple menu structure – a top level, static menu (ideally with features similar to mootools/jquery animation); a second level menu with a multi-level submenu; and a dynamic navigation menu based on taxonomy; footer menu which
replicates the top level menu.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 10pt; ">Logo and Search</li><li style="margin-bottom: 10pt; ">Multi-column content area where multiple blocks can be inserted</li><li style="margin-bottom: 10pt; ">Multiple block background based on suffixes similar to those developed by Rocket Themes</li><li style="margin-bottom: 10pt; ">Content block which pulls in related articles based on taxonomy tags</li><li style="margin-bottom: 10pt; ">Content block for RSS feeds and other extraneous content</li><li style="margin-bottom: 10pt; ">Wrapper – which will allow for the display of a third-party page within the desired theme. This is desired but not required.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 10pt; ">The two themes will be used for the following departments:</li></font>

goal and for the theme to function. The developer must be willing to research existing modules for requested functionality and work with the Web Manager and ITS department in order to complete the task.</font></div>
