<div dir="ltr">I have a site <a href="http://mysub.mysite.com">mysub.mysite.com</a>, a D7 site, set up as multisite.<div style>I have its sites directory at sites/mysite.com.mysub and its settings are found and work.</div>
<div style>In that directory I have a themes directory, and in it, a mytheme directory.</div><div style><br></div><div style>Having cleared cache via the admin panel and drush, mytheme is not shown in /admin/appearance. If I move the theme to sites/all/themes, it is listed.</div>
