[translations] Drupal 4.7 translations are now being packaged

Hi,

I have just updated the template files in contributions HEAD (double
checked, I hope everything is right):

  http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=22317

You can get these with updating your contributions HEAD checkout, or
waiting for the translation template CVS tarballs to regenerate. The
latter is not a good idea however, since you are about to send in your
updated translations with CVS anyway, so go and get hold of the new
templates now.
