You are not, "exited with code 0" means that the programm ended
normally, without producing an error.

You can safely ignore this message.

You will need to add the PO file to the correc branch of CVS.
Considering that there are quite a few branches nowadays, you should ask
the maintainer which one he wants your translation on. Once he told you,
it is probably best if you get a checkout of that branch and add the
file there again.
