[translations] broken translations: fo he it lv nb pt-br sk sl zh-hans

i recently had to re-generate all the translation tarballs due to a  
fix to the packaging scripts [1].  in the process, i got to watch a  
screen scroll by with all of the packaging errors from existing  
translations.  i'd really love to provide this data to translation  
maintainers automatically [2] but until that's done, i wanted to at  
least share the info about the currently broken translations.

if you maintain any of the translations mentioned in the subject  
line, please see the list of errors and warnings at the bottom of  
this message and do your best to correct the ones for your translation 
(s).

p.s. these are the sorted and unique errors across all branches, so  
some of the line numbers might not match what you're expecting if a  
given file is broken in multiple branches.  sorry i can't easily  
split this out based on branch, but that'd require a lot more work.
