[translations] Regarding MULTI LANGUAGE Implementation

Hi, I'm new using DRUPAL. Im stuck at one point while creating a site.
Actually i want my site to support multiple language. So i want to know the
way for giving multi language support in my site. I've downloaded
Unisaraswati module. But i think its not sufficient. So could u plz help me!
