I don't you what's your definition of "soon", I have no idea when the
translation server will be up on drupal.org. It could be 1 to 7 months
or more. I'd advise you join the Serbian team if there is one, or
establish a Serbian team and choose a localization server, if there is
none yet for Serbian.
