[translations] Localize.drupal.org accepting only suggestions for Telugu (te)

> I am a manager of Telugu (te) group at localize.drupal.org. Lately, I am able to only add suggestions. I could not moderate suggestions. I am wondering if there was any change in permissions, etc. 

You need to go to the following page:

http://localize.drupal.org/og/users/14/roles

and grant yourself the "translation self-moderator" role.
