I've found the issues queue really useful for Views - mark your issue at "support request" and it should get answered pretty quickly.

There is a Views IRC room (#drupal-views), but it is for development, not support (read the description for it), so the issue queue is the best place to get a response.

You could try the support list (http://lists.drupal.org/listinfo/support), the forums (http://drupal.org/forum) which are more frequently read than the groups, I think or on IRC (irc://irc.freenode.net/drupal-support <http://irc.freenode.net/drupal-support>).  I'd try them in that order .. between all of those resources, I'm pretty confident you'll get your answer.

   Hi! I posted a question (http://groups.drupal.org/node/36080) to
the views developers group on g.d.o quite a while ago. I haven't
received any response yet, and I'm wondering if I posted it to the
wrong location? Is there some other forum I should be using to ask
for help with views? I tried to find other views groups on g.d.o,
   but didn't find any.

   Thanks,
   Ricky
