Hi!

For a couple of days, i have been experiencing a strange problem on the issue queue.

I maintain Taxonomy_access module.
When anyone submits a new issue, or submits a reply to  an issue, it sends out e-mail notification with my OWN e-mail address.
Regardless of the Sender of the issue, in the notification e-mail the Sender will be: "Real Sender's name"<my-emal-address@123.com>

Does anyone else experience this?
