Question, and I ask this out of true ignorance, this is not judgement laden in any way (I&#39;ve got my 1st world Middles class American blinders on here :)).<div><br></div><div>If the price of PDD is too prohibitive how can people afford computers, bandwidth and electricity?  Am I totally missing something here?<br>
