While that would be appreciated, there also have been suggestions to
move away from simplenews and use chx' rewritten subscription(s?) module
for it.

The bonus here is that we can enable subscribe for project issues, and hence
we don't have the noise associated with "subscribing ..." from various people
to issues.

But dww or hunmonk have to confirm that people will not be emailed twice
once by project_* for those who commented on an issue and then again by
subscriptions.
