We are not discussing MySQL's MyISAM here. If we want a CMS that usable
by the masses, then we have to keep it. If we want to appeal to only an elite
few with InnoDB (or Falcon or Oracle), then we can drop it.
I don't think we want to latter. At least not yet.
Again, the discussion is about auto incrementing vs. db_next_id() vs.
locking ... NOT MyISAM.
Dries has chimed in supporting the move to auto increment, so let us
keep the patches rolling.
