I believe this to be non-trivial. I have sort of done it a little bit for a special case with a fair amount of pain. I have a donate page that adds an item to my Zencart and goes to their checkout page to finish the process. I did this by setting up a donate item in Zencart, then doing a show source on their catalog page and copying the essence of their form table to a drupal page so that I am using the drupal theme instead of the Zencart theme. Making the two themes look identical is hard unless your theme is very simple. With a lot of zencart internal knowledge about their sql table structure, one could write a drupal module that uses their tables.
