I liked the idea much.

Forget about the Windows XP part.

I believe a error module is a great idea. Lots of ideas came to my mind when I read your message.

I think we can also allow the administrator to select modes of error messages, i.e. minimal, medium and full. A link to drupal.org to describe an error message is a great idea.

I think I got enough time to develop this. I just need to consolidate the whole thing.

What do you guys think?
