The amount of wrong with this message is enormous. 1) You're clearly in the wrong place. If you think it's a bug, then you need to post it in the issue queue for...err, whatever you're posting the bug about. If you don't know then http://drupal.org/support 2) Even if you were in the right place, nobody has any idea WTF you're talking about. You need to be specific and detailed, whereas this is the opposite: vague and general. You need to do things like report specific problems, error messages, exact steps to reproduce the problem. "It's broken, fix it" is only going to get you mocked.
