Regarding this post (How are we doing? By DriesK http://drupal.org/node/32356) I suggested using the Questions module http://drupal.org/node/32356#comment-56594 which should make things easier for askers and answerers. At least it is better than the forums which are geared towards discussions. It will also show what Drupal can do as a CM Application Framework.
