Hello World, Here is a list of the issues I identify as blockers for a Drupal 6 beta 2 release. I would like to encourage everyone interested in a beta 2 sooner to work on these: http://drupal.org/node/157752 http://drupal.org/node/144634 http://drupal.org/node/178581 http://drupal.org/node/178768 http://drupal.org/node/163785 http://drupal.org/node/169982 http://drupal.org/node/80963 http://drupal.org/node/148084 Note that some of these might be RTBC at the time you look at them, which should not discourage you from looking into them deeply. Some of the above issues were in an RTBC - CNW limbo for quite some time now, so more eyes could always help. Also, if others have *pressing* blocker issues which are not yet under my radar, feel free to speak up about them! Gabor
This is not a breaker. It's a decision, what dangers can we lvied with... there are severe implications of my patch so much that I decided it's not good enough.,, the good solution would be diffing, insert/update. The great solution would be, of course, using REPLACE. Would be, if we would not chase the delusion of database independence...
REPLACE is equivalent to DELETE + INSERT, so writing DB layer code to handle that is no big deal. On 10/2/07, Karoly Negyesi <karoly@negyesi.net> wrote:
