RE: [drupal-devel] PostgreSQL and Drupal
Absolutely! I'll be doing so once I have figure out the best way to add them. I'm new to the Drupal community and not sure of the process. I actually have a couple of other modules I created that others may benefit from. -p -----Original Message----- From: drupal-devel-bounces@drupal.org [mailto:drupal-devel-bounces@drupal.org] On Behalf Of bbgdl-drupal@yahoo.com Sent: Friday, October 21, 2005 12:56 PM To: drupal-devel@drupal.org Subject: RE: [drupal-devel] PostgreSQL and Drupal Hi Peter. Are those conversions then returned to the Drupal community so that over time the modules get more and more Postgres friendly? -Bruce --- Peter Atkins <patkins@directpartners.com> wrote:
Fabiano,
I only run Drupal with PostgreSQL and so far only had to convert a handful of modules. It really is more of an issue between modules not Drupal and most modules are easy to convert got the most part. Drupal has done a pretty good job holding its support for PostgreSQL.

I need to setup a site to an client but the client host only support Postgre... May I run a Drupal site in Postgre without big fears? ;)
