Re: [development] Early Drupal 6 review from Chris Messina
Delurking, If my previous emails get through, I apologize. My mail server decided to act up today. Anyhow, I'll keep it short : I had to comment on Ignacio's previous email. To keep the list on-topic, I have it up on my blog. http://lizasabater.com/drupal_vs_the_blog_mem It will hopefully contextualize Chris' comments because it is more than just about developers creating an installation profile --I am sure that's not what Chris is talking about. Anyhow, give it a peek. Thanks and back to lurking, liza On Nov 10, 2007 12:16 PM, Liza Sabater <blogdiva@culturekitchen.com> wrote:

And thanks to you, because that was I realized after thinking about it. It's valuable information for stressing the installing profiles. I don't need a "more funny and complete" information in 'my account' space by default if I'm using drupal as a fronted only wihtout users.
I agree in some of the terms, like "cron" and the mess between taxonomy/categories and vocabulary/topics, but thinking about it, drupal has it's own model, beggining with the so complicated to explain in two lines topic: "The node", so necessarily should have it's own terminology.
