We're experimenting with SugarCRM right now. It actually could learn a lot from Drupal's use of Ajax. Don't get me started on the 5 step process to create a user :P But thanks for the pointer, Dries....pointing to other interfaces and flows is a good way to sharpen your Drupal way -- "What would Drupal do?"
