You know, with one comment I realized to late what quesiton was missing from the survey. What type of sites so you run (corporate, community, single user blog) because I have no idea what this means. "We need to allow administrators to visualize and deliver a cohesive, compelling, and highly dynamic user experience to their end users" As to other conclusions to draw, looking at the survey results shows virtually every administrative task as somewhat easy or higher with comment management being the only confusing thing.
