  Initial import of GeoRSS module. The module allows for geodata in the offic=
ial <a href=3D"http://georss.org/1">GeoRSS</a> format to be extracted from no=
des in incoming Aggregator2 feeds and also adds the correct tags to modules t=
hat call check for additional 'rss item' information when creating their RSS =
feeds. It uses the location module as an API as well as aggregator2 module.
