This branch will render how I do things in drupal-6. * removed menu_header setting as this interferes with things. It's recommended to use drupal 6 now anyway. For those with blocks or menu_headers using the previous branch is preferred. * separated theming from footermap_get_menu recursive function. Theming is now done only in hook_footer as per druapl-6 branch. * changed footermap.css respectively to remove deprecated class.
