Add mention in README.txt how to change the highlight color if needed (footnotes cannot know what is an appropriate color, I picked #eeeeee as the safest choice). Also rewrite README.txt in preparation for new release, based on http://drupal.org/project/footnotes that was edited by community. Also cleans up some unnecessary CSS from footnotes.css that was left there in previous commit. (Realized now user should clean cache and that's it.)
