This function can now be called automatically through importexportapi_get_def(), which has an optional 'build' parameter (defaults to FALSE). - A built definition can now be passed in to importexportapi_get_data() (if none is provided, then importexportapi_get_def() is called to provide one). - Moved _importexportapi_include_minixml() to the importexportapi_xml.inc file.
